1. Introduction and Applicability
These Terms apply to all participants of the Startup Revolution AI Summit, including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, partners, and volunteers. The Event is organized by "Startup Club Skopje, a legally recognized entity based in Skopje, North Macedonia." By registering or engaging in Event activities, participants accept these Terms.
2. Registration, Ticketing, and Admission
2.1 Registration requires Organizer approval and is complete only upon full payment through official channels.
2.2 "Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as otherwise stated herein." Substitution, resale, or assignment without written consent is prohibited.
2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission or remove participants for inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.
3. Program Modifications and Cancellation
3.1 The Organizer may modify the Event program, including speakers, locations, and schedules, without notice.
3.2 In case of cancellation or material alteration, "Organizer shall not be held liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred, other than, at Organizer's discretion, a partial or full refund of the ticket price."
3.3 For Force Majeure events (war, natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), no refund or compensation is guaranteed.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Participants must act professionally and respectfully. "Harassment, discrimination, offensive behavior, or any act that disrupts the Event shall result in immediate expulsion."
4.2 Participants must comply with local laws, venue policies, and Organizer directions.
5. Intellectual Property and Content License
5.1 All Event content belongs to the Organizer or respective third parties.
5.2 By participating, attendees grant the Organizer "an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute such media for promotional, educational, archival, or any lawful purpose."
5.3 Speakers warrant they possess all rights to present and distribute materials used.
6. Liability Disclaimer and Indemnification
6.1 Participants attend at their own risk. "Organizer disclaims all liability for any personal injury, loss, property damage, or consequential loss, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct."
6.2 Participants agree to indemnify the Organizer against claims arising from breach or conduct at the Event.
